21a52cc5c2 Retail draft word counts 
Fixed issues with some sets, added more set codes for draftable sets,
added CSV output file.

210a178845 Retail set word counts tool 
Counts average words for retail draft sets using MTGJSON set files.
Several sets excluded since a few bugs need fixing to make them work.
